They make millions from these fees and would have absolutely no reason to rip you off. They are big business and have to make sure their reputation is squeaky clean.Once you have made a deposit, they will never charge your credit card again without you initiating the deposit - just like any other reputable business.Stick to the big rooms like Full Tilt, Pokerstars, Party Poker or check out a poker directory like http://www.directoryofonlinepoker.com which only lists reputable sites and you'll be safe as houses.

- If you deposit with a VISA on Poker Stars, there is no fee, so use that if your bank allows.
- Otherwise use Epassporte.

FIrst, you deposit money. No charges for deposit. Second, play with them in that site, either sportsbetting, poker or casino games. If you manage to loose 100$ then they are lost, which means the deposited moeny in that site will be"-100". If you win 100 then you will have the deposited money "+100". No charges for anything, if you use a reputable site, they will not charge you anything even if you stop play for 1 year. You cannot play real money tables unless you deposit money first via credit card. If you do not want to play real money tables that is fine, pokerstars also has play money tables which will cost you absolutely nothing. It does not matter how long you play on pokerstars you will not get charged anything. If you play on the real tables, pokerstars does take a rake of each pot. For example if u win a dollar pot, pokerstars will take something like 30c from it, that is how they earn money. There are no additional charges.

And if you're playing a tournament, a fee will be add to your buy-in. If you already played in a casino you should be familiar with that. The good part is that, when you're playing online the rake is smaller than the one in casinos. One more thing. When you're going to deposit your money online, you are going to pay a small fee. I suggest you to use Epasseporte, if you feel like you might deposit (and even withdrawl) several times. If you online want to do it once, just to see how thing work. You can use Western Union. I suggest you to play in one of those site: Full Tilt Poker, Poker Stars, Absolute Poker, Ultimate Bet. Take care and good luck at the table.
